Import LMV651 SPICE model into LTspice

I was using this amplifier for our filter design in PV inverter. We are using LTspice internally. I found SPICE model from TI's website. However, I am wondering how I can import this SPICE model into LTspice. For example, a subcircuit or a model statement. If anyone has came across this before, any ideas?

Hello Jianwu,

Unfortunately, due to the LT user agreement restrictions, we cannot directly assist you with LT-Spice tool issue.

However, a quick Google search will show how to create symbols and import models into LT Spice - including LT's own website.

The LMV651.MOD file is the one you want to import.

But I can tell you that the LMV651 model works fine once you get it in there..and we will assist you if there is an issue with the model itself.

Sorry we cannot be of more help at this point, but it is beyond our control.

Hi Paul,

Where can I find LMV651.MOD file? The PSPICE model you provide is a .txt file.

Hello Jianwu,

The model file is in the Tools and Software tab in the product folder.

www.ti.com/.../toolssoftware

The file is a ZIP file contains two files, the MOD file and TXT file.

The TXT file is a report on what the model does, and the MOD file is the PSPICE model you want to use.
