LMP8640HV instead of INA194?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: INA194, LMP8640HV

I have a prototype board that uses an INA194 (SOT-23-5) to measure current from a high side shunt.

  • Shunt - 0.012 ohms
  • Current range - 0 - 5 Amps (0 - 60mV)
  • Common mode voltage - 200mV to 48v (typical will be 1.5v to 48v)

I found that the sensor was terribly inaccurate with low common mode voltages and low Vsns, and then found that this is described in the datasheet.  It looks like LMP8640HV-F (SOT-23-6) will just drop onto the footprint and work.  Is there anything I'm overlooking that will make this not work?
