LMH6552 Enable Voltage Threshold on the +/-5V EC table

Guru 20090 points

Hello,

There is the description that the Enable voltage threshold parameter minimum specification in EC:+/-5V is changed on the Rev.J.
However, the Enable Voltage Threshold of Rev.J is 3V.
This is same with  Rev.I.
Is this value correct ?

Also, the Disable Voltage Threshold (max) is described as  "TBD3? 2.0" in the Rev,J datasheet.
I think that this is misdescription.
Could you please let me know the correct value ?

Best Regards,
Ryuji Asaka

  • Hello Ryuji,

We made a correction to the +-2.5V tables.  The +-5V tables were not supposed to change.  The TBD was a question inserted by the technical writer and was supposed to be removed before publication.   The thresholds are supposed to be 3V for enable and 2V for disable.  The voltages are referenced to the positive supply, so as the supply voltage decreases so does the enable threshold.  You can see this by looking at the +-2.5V tables.

  • Hello Loren,

    Thank you for the reply.
I understood that the Revision history is wrong.
    Is this datasheet revised again?
