OPA4134: OPA4134 saturation problem

Part Number: OPA4134

We found a problem with the OPA4134.

When we use below circuit and test condition. we found the output goes to positive saturation with this configuration. Instead, when we use the competition part of MAX4423, the problem is gone. what happened?

FR73=FR74=NA

FR68=FR85=FR79=FR82=10K

E5V= 5V Supply

REF3.3V= Connected to GND

B+ = 1V

B- = GND

Thanks.

  • Brian,

    I cannot decipher your coded circuit configuration. Please provide an actual circuit drawing instead of description. This should show the circuit configuration, supply voltage and input signal - you may insert the picture or attached schematic by using one of the buttons above.

  • Since the input common-mode voltage range of OPA4134 is 2.5V from either rail, using 5V single supply configuration allows the input common-mode voltage only at 2.5V;  therefore,  the problem you see in your application is caused by the violation of the OPA4134 specified input voltage range.
