Thank you for always supporting me.
I have a simple question about LM2903-Q1.
Could you tell me the negative withstand voltage of Vcc (8pin)?
Although the positive withstand voltage value is described in the data sheet as 36 V,
Negative pressure resistance value was not mentioned.
In general, no negative voltage should be applied to the supply pin.
For these devices, they should be able to withstand up to -0.3V on the supply without any damage. Again, this is not specified or warranted since it is not stated in the datasheet.
Because it is difficult to limit the current to less than 1mA on a supply pin, the actual reverse voltage needs to be kept low enough (<300mV) to not cause the junctions to reverse bias.
If negative voltages are expected on the supply line, the entire line should have appropriately sized Schottky diodes to keep the positive supply line from going negative.
