I tried to find the input resistance and capacitance value of TLV521 on its datasheet, but thers is no informations about this.

So, I wonder the input resistance and capacitance value of TLV521 amplifier.

Is there are any informations?

Hi Terry,

The TLV521 has CMOS inputs and the input resistance can be on the order of teraohms. The input capacitance of the TLV521 is ~15pF.

But the expressions of 'order of teraohms' and '~15 pF' are still highly ambiguous.

Could you please inform me that a little more specific values of input resistane and capacitance?

Otherwise, could you give me the value of input impedance of TLV 521 depending on frequency.
