Dear all,
when i use THS6212 to design PLC products,i met someting confusing. Problems as follows: The broadband carrier module generates heat when working, after basic testing, I fixed the position on THS6212, and it generates heat a lot.Then i did lots test about sample and found the short circuit between VCC and GND(the impendence between VCC and GND <100oum).The power supply VCC is about 12V, and the load current is about 50mA.The eletrical schematic as below,Pls give professional analysis and look forward to your repply!!!Thanks again!!
