Feedback on "14.2 TI Precision Labs - Op Amps: Comparator Applications 2

Hi,

First of all I would like to take a moment to appreciate the efforts of TI members for creating such insightful opamp precision lab series.

For comparator section video 2 (pdf page 10) in hysteresis design for no-inverting comparator configuration the formula for calculating feedback resistor (R4) seems to have an extra term (-1) inside the bracket (shown below)

R4=R3(((Vomax-Vomin)/VHYST )−1)

But as per my derivation using principles explained in the video I got R4=R3(((Vomax-Vomin)/VHYST ) . Please check and provide the correct derivation in case I have missed something.
