Would you mind if we ask MPY634KP/KU?

How much is the maximum TJ?(125C?)
How much is the θja?

We could not find it on the datasheet.

    Matsumoto-san,

    The MPY634 is a legacy product and all I can provide are approximate numbers based on similar products, in the same packages.

    The maximum Tj is 150°C

    MPY634KP    θja ≈ 100 °C/W

    MPY634KU    θja ≈ 90 °C/W
