Hi Sundy,

Parts with the -N suffix indicate parts which originated at National Semiconductor, which was acquired by TI. These parts are not identical at the die level, but they are are functionally identical. We do recommend robustly testing both devices in your system if you are planning on substituting one for the other or using one device as a second source.
