what is the test scheme for TLV2780IDBVR and what conditions (supply voltage, test signal parameters, measured ts Settling time parameter), given in the datasheet. And   what is the minimum and maximum values ​​for ts Settling time parameter. There is only the default value is given in the datasheet.

    the test circuits for measuring the settling time of OPAmps are very similar. Datasheet of OPA627 and LME49990, e.g., show test circuits:

    In your case the supply voltage is 1.8V or 2.7V, V(STEP)PP = 1V, AV=-1, CL=10p and RL=2k.

    Keep in mind that the actual settling time in your application will not only depend on the capacitive load but also on the chosen gain.

  • Hi Elena,

    As Kai noted, the settling time test conditions are given in the datasheet next to the values. You can build a simple inverting amplifier circuit with a gain of 1 and an input step of 1V with your desired load and measure the settling time to the error bands you care about in your application.

    The max and min values are not given because they are not tested and guaranteed values. This is because it is difficult to control for the load tolerances among other things so only a typical value can be shown.
