INA301: nMOSFET for INA301 OCP circuit

Hi Team,

Could  you please help me to suggest a N-channel MOSFET for OCP circuit?

INA301 can detect if OCP happen, and its output is active LOW. (by ALERT pin)

    Thanks for reaching out on the forum. We need more details to be able to suggest something. What will your supply run on? What current range do you plan to measure? What is the bus voltage? Not all NFETs have the same threshold voltage. Also not all can handle the same amount of current. These factors will affect the price. If you want one that can handle a 36V drop from drain to source, with a high current, and a low gate to source switch voltage (2.7V), that will probably be expensive.

    I have not heard from you in a while. If you need additional help on selecting your NFET, please let us know. Otherwise, I presume you have found a suitable part on digikey, Mouser, Arrow, or some other distributors site.
