LMP7701: TINA-TI model temperature dependency

Hello,

Is it possible to get a TINA-TI model of the LMP7701 which include temperature effect? According to its datasheet multiple parameters are highly temperature dependent therefore room temperature simulation may not be representative of low and high temperature environments.

Hello Francesco,

The vast majority of our models currently only exhibit behavior at room temperature. However, we understand that over-temperature behavior is important and I'm actively working on adding temperature effects to our architecture. Please stay tuned for more guidance from TI on this in the near future.

R&D progress can happen in bursts, but I believe to have most of the key specs affected by temperature implemented by the end of the year. These include:

Vos
Vout vs. Iout
Isc
DC Aol
DC CMRR, PSRR
Ib, Ios
Iq
