LMH7322: Termination voltage VT

Part Number: LMH7322

Hello,

Our customer use the LMH7322, have a question about termination voltage VT.

Is it possible to supply to the VT voltage generated by resistor divider?

The value of these resistors are several kohm.

Best Regards,

Naoki Aoyama

VT can be generated from a resistor divider but the resistor divider would need to be buffered by an amplifier before connecting to the terminating resistors RT. The amplifier would have a low output impedance and could sufficiently create the low supply rail for the RTs. Using only a resistor divider to create VT would have a thevenin equivalent resistance of the two resistors in parallel which would slow down the transition of the output stage.
