Part Number: TLV4113

Received this part from one of your distributors.  MFG C of C lists date codes as 52P2NVA and 21P09EA.

Trying to figure out how to decifer.

    The manufacturing date of these are the first two characters. The first number is the year, so 2015 and 2012 respectively. The second number is the month so February and January.

    If you need more information, I will need to dig a little deeper. The only additional information we could get would be the lot number and assembly site. Note: it's easier and faster for us if you include the package information suffix ie; TLV4113ID
