THS6212 reference design has the following instructions, +/-0.24V input through the circuit 10 times amplified and output is +/-1V, why not close to +/-2.4V?

Hi Sean,
The following is the schematic diagram of the EVM board. The R15 is grounded, so if the input voltage of 0.24V is on J1,
the difference voltage between INP_A and INP_B in IC U1 is 0.24V, amplified 10 times differential signal, OUT_A, OUT_B is 2.4V, and R18 is grounded, then the output on J2 should be 2.4V.
Is my understanding correct?
If the power supply is +/-12V, When the differential voltage between INP_A and INP_B is 1V, what is the differential voltage between OUT_A and OUT_B?
