OPA564: Driving large Capacitive load

Part Number: OPA564
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI

I want buffer a capacitive sensitive output from the large ATE instrumentation capacitive loading, ~150-200pF (mostly the delivery path). The output requirement of DUT is maximum 15pF, which is a challenge when designing an ATE PCB to support the test method layout/instrumentation. I have a DUT comparator to test at speed, 1MHz to 15MHz, that transitions between 0v-3.3v, and has minimal input bias current capabilities, <1uA.

I am new to the TI website searches, and would like to understand the best method for searching for a unity gain stable, high input impedance||low input capacitance (common mode, single ended), non-inverting, high speed(well, < 25MHz), single/dual supply, operational amplifier capable of driving <200pF of tester load. Across a temperature range of -45C to 100C. I also expect that the edge transitions would draw < 70mA. the ATE instrument that the buffer would drive has ~50ohms of input impedance.

What is the best TI websearch method for an amplifier of this type?
