I'm designing a Final Test board for a new DC-DC converter. This device has two SYNC pins which are I/O pins that either output a clock @ 500KHz or take in an
external input clock.
When its configured as an output, Here are the specs:-
- The drive capability for this pin is 25 pF. It can probably drive around 100 pF without serious deformation of the signal.
- The rise time of this device is 100ns and the fall time is around 10 ns.
- The Amplitude is 3V min and 7V max.
With this in mind, I'm planning to connect a voltage follower in series with this pin to be able to measure the signal accurately.
Is there a voltage follower from TI catalog that works for this? I'm looking at BUF602 as a possible contender.
Please let me know if there are others that are better suited for this.
