Hi guys I need to come up with a complete list of TI low voltage op amps (0V to 2.7V maybe 3V) that have phase reversal protection or prevention circuitry built in. It is a parameter I can't search on. I'm only interested in op amps that come in single package. I only want max 6 pins. I need SC70 package or smaller. Kind Regards Paul.

The Analog Applications Journal article Op amps with complementary‐pair input stages: What are the design trade‐offs? says:

Phase inversion (or phase reversal) was a common issue with amplifiers that use this architecture … It occurs when the input common-mode voltage exceeds the linear operating region of the amplifier input, which is not necessarily greater than the supply-voltage range. When the common-mode voltage exceeds the linear operating region, one of the transistors in the input stage is not biased properly and causes the output voltage to invert.

Phase inversion in amplifiers is eliminated internally by designing the input stage of the amplifier using a complementary pair of transistors, which is also sometimes known as an anti-phase-reversal differential pair.

Op amps with rail-to-rail inputs have complementary input transistors pairs, and thus avoid phase reversal. However, there are some op amps (e.g., LMV321A) that have the extra pair even without R2R inputs.
