TL082 power supply is ±15V
When output voltage is -15V, Customer would like to know what the TL082 max sink current? I can't find in the datasheet. The current road is like below shown pic. Do you have any suggestions?

Hi Eggsy,
this depends on the load. The output current can be estimated from figure 5 of datasheet.
Let's have two examples:
1. Rload is 1k. Then the output can emit 11V. 11V / 1k = 11mA.
2. Rload is 250R. Then the output can emit 7.5V. 7.5V / 250R = 30mA.

The max output swing is dependent on the output current required for the design. I recommend watching our TI Precision Lab videos on Input/Output Limitations for more information.
Kai is correct in that figure 5 shows the max output swing limit of the device.
