LMC6042: Need for LMC6042 low voltage alternative

Hi there, I need an op-amp has a same footprint and spesifications like LMC6042 except of being able to work with 3.3V power source single supply. I'm using LMC6042 as active filter op-amp (15Hz).

Hi Ismail,

I assume you're using the LMC6042 in the SOIC (D) package? Are there any particular specifications of the LMC6042 that are especially important to you?

The TLV9002 is a great all around choice amplifier - it has better specifications for noise, slew rate, Iq, etc. It does have more bandwidth than the LMC6042 but that shouldn't impact a filter designed for 15Hz.

Yes I mean SOIC (D) package. I don't need more bandwidth. I need advice part for 15 Hz filter thanks.

Hi Ismail,

The circuit configuration will set the bandwidth of the filter, especially for a 15Hz circuit because the cutoff frequency is so low. You can use a 1MHz op-amp without issues in a 15Hz design. If you'd like, post your schematic and I can take a look at it with using the TLV9002.

Oh ok I read it wrong, no problem with TLV9002. Nothing special in my filter, it just a first order active low pass filter.
