Can you please provide the thermal resistance values (Theta J-B and Theta J-C) for part OPA27 GU. Thank you.

Since OPA27/37 was intruduced 35 years ago, it does not include all the thermal resistance values you ask about but they should be close to any other product thermal resistance values using DIP-8 or SO-8 package - see the info below:
