What is the absolute max allowable junction temperature of OPA27GU?

The absolute maximum junction temperature of OPA27 is shown in the Absolute Maximum Rating table (see below) to be 125 deg C (above it the part might be damaged) but the maximum operating temperature is specified at 85 deg C (the part meets datasheet specifications.)
