Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5112, OPA735, OPA187, OPA2241
Dear All,
i'm simulating with TINA a high side voltage to current driver for a UV-LED based on TI disegn (slau502.pdf).
Unfortunatlly this uv led require at least 6.5V@5mA (and 7V@mA )so the opa2333 is not enough to reach the working point of the uv-led.
there is any other opa with the same (or close) values to the opa2333 that work with a supply voltage of 12V (or at least >9V).
Also i should pilot this led not only in continuos mode, but also in pulsed mode. So my idea was to open and close the led with a fast switching nmos (in conjuction with a lm5112 mos driver), any suggestion about which nmos could be usefull?
Thanks in advance to all.
