Hi team,

I'd like to know ESD ratings (HBM and CDM) of OPA2353.

The datasheet doesn't show the data.

Could you tell me the both of ESD ratings?

Yoshi,

ESD rating of OPA2353 for HBM and CDM is +/-1000V and +/-1500V, respectfully; you may see it in the OPA2350 datasheet - a trimmed version of the same physical chip.
