INA126: Strange output for single power supply

Part Number: INA126

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am evaluating on TI INA126UAG4.

Below showing the connection where Vin- is connected to GND and Vin+ to 1.0V external supply. I am using Rgain resistor of 75K and based on calculation, the G should be 6.06 which means I should get 6.06V at Vo. But I am only getting 0.6V. Similarly, I do not connect the Rgain resistor and based on the datasheet, the G is 5 and I am getting 0.5V at Vo. Take note I am using single supply with 12V to the VCC.  But when I tried to used dual supplies meaning +/-12V and I found no issue with the output. What could be the issue with single power supply case?

Best regards,

kpk
