INA194: Maximum voltage and current of IN+ & IN-

Part Number: INA194

1. What is the maximum voltage on the IN+ and IN-?

2. When V+ is 0V, the voltage of IN+ and IN- is 60V, what is the maximum current that flows into IN+ and IN-?

Please advise.

  • Hi David,

    1. The max voltage levels on the input pins are given in the table below. Note that these are survival voltages. Outside of the linear differential input range, the output can be poorly defined.

    2. When V+=0V, the input bias current is theoretically 0 regardless of common mode input voltage. Though there is not a spec for it, I would say you can assume it is under 1uA due to leakage.
