Hello,
I am looking for a 4-20mA transmitter to connect to the output of my DAC. I have seen the XTR116 and XTR117 and was wondering if they would work with a 4 wire system? If not would you be able to suggest an alternative?

Input isolated 3-wire transmitters can typically be connected to 4-wire analog input modules by connecting the negative input (Input-) to GND. The figure below shows an example of the transmitter and receiver wiring connections. Take a look at the XTR111. This is a 3-wire transmitter which can be converted into a 4-wire as described above.
