Hi Sir:

I have used the TLV9064 10K. but I find some chips works is not normal? about ten. The output D is always 5V. and It doesn't look damaged. And finally I found out that the resistance value =28ohm between Vcc and OUTD

Lei,

Does the output of TLV9064 go to a connector or something powered by a difference supply voltage?
I assume the supply voltage for TLV9064 is 5V.

Hi Lei,

please tell us more about your application. How is the TLV9064 used? What are the input signals? What is VREFout? Where does it come from? Is it present before you power up the TLV9064? How do you found out the mistake? Is the TLV9064 emitting 5V all the time? Even if you the change the input signals? What do you connect to the output of TLV9064? Could ESD have destroyed the TLV9064?

Just tell us some more about your circuit and your application.

Lei,

Connectors are an entry point for ESD, from touch or from initial connector connection. Any static difference in voltage between the connectors can be discharged through any pin unless the connector has a mechanism that make the ground pins connect first.

Adding series resistance between connector and output pin and adding protection diodes will improve the tolerance to ESD and EOS.
