Can I know the architecture of TLV6001? Cmos or Bipolar ?

I can't find the architecture from the datasheet~

Hi Qianqian,

it's CMOS. This can be seen from the ultra low input bias current, the scheme in section 8.2 and the description in section 8.3.2 of datasheet ("N-channel", "P-channel").
