DRV2700EVM: What is max output current via OUT +/-

Hi Team,

We have a customer asking what is the maximum current output of DRV2700EVM and what will happen to this device when it reaches the max current?
This information is not available in its document, can you share the answer?

Hi, Jonathan,

The current consumption at the outputs would depend of the piezo connected as mentioned in section 9.2.1.2.8 Current Consumption Calculation ( http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/drv2700.pdf#page=17 ). We would need to know the piezo capacitance in order to determine the output current. In addition, do you refer the HV500 version or the normal EVM?
