Hi Takisawa-san,

Unfortunately we do not have any device that have an analog gain control with over 1 GHz bandwidth. The closest devices we have with analog control that can be used in an AGC loop are in the 200 MHz bandwidth range.

Hi Takisawa-san,

The closest part would probably be the VCA821. It has a small signal bandwidth of ~700 MHz and a large signal bandwidth of ~300 MHz. The part has an analog gain control and is linear in dB with the control voltage. This should be able to work in an AGC configuration similar to the NEC device.
