May I have your help to check if TI has any solution could replace ST TS391ILT?

    Hello Edward,

    At this time, we do not have a direct Pin-2-Pin replacement.

    The TS391ILT has a north-west pinout with reversed inputs, and we do not have any devices with that pinout (yet).

    The functionally equivalent (different pinout) is the TLV331 or TLV331-Q1.

    The TLV1805 has the same basic pinout, but has a push-pull output and has a shutdown pin that must be grounded.
