I have one question about TLV3701-Q1. What is Icc spec when output state LOW? Only considering IC's Icc consumption.

    Hi Johnny,

    Unfortunately because this is an old part, we do not have any info on the quiescent current during an output low condition. I can take a look at some samples and measure the typical output current at room temp for you. 

    Do you know what supply and input voltage range you would like the device to handle?

    For an output low condition, the Iq of the device per channel will be around 470nA.

    Is 470nA typical value at 25C? How about full temperature range Maximum value?

    470nA typical at 25C, MAX of 750nA across full temp range during OUTPUT LOW.
