Part Number: BOOSTXL-3PHGANINV
There are some issues faced on high side of the phase U, V, W no response after PWM_H set to high. The Vin is 48V. The initial suspect was the bootstrap capacitor value is too high which doesn't meet the requirement. Can you help to advise?
If I understand you correctly, you were able to observe all the PWM control signals; however the inverter output is always stuck at low. Can you confirm?
I would probe around U1/2/3 (LMG5200) to make sure all the pins have expected signals:
(1) Vbus equals to 48V.
(2) Vcc equals to 5V.
(3) PWM control signals and grounds are present
In the unlikely scenario of all signals are present at the device, yet none of the phases are able to pull high, then it is possible that they are damaged and need to be replaced.
