AMC1301: How to use shunt solution using AMC1301

Hi Team,

I want to realize the system such a shunt solution using AMC1301.

Is it possible to output analog signal from 0.5 to 4V when the current which through the shunt resistor is from -2000A to 2000A?

In my understanding, If I can use 125uOhm for shunt resistor, I can realize the system such an above mentioned. Is it correct?

If so, could you have the wave form which is like figure 24. when the VDD2 is 5 V.

Hi Uchihara-san,

Figure 24 in the AMC1301 datasheet would not change for VDD2 over its range of 3.0 to 5.5V, the Vcmout is always fixed at 1.44V in this device. Your +/-2000A over the 125u ohm resistor would produce the same waveform shown in the datasheet for VDD2 = 5V.
