OPA2333: ESD diode I-V curve

Is there available data on the ESD diodes used in the OPA2333?  I have a circuit that will see a very high transient voltage, and I would like to create survivability metrics for this component.  I-V curve data for the ESD diodes would be sufficient.

    Jason,

    Your protection circuit against OPA2333 high transient input voltages, Vin_max, must to based on the Absolute Maximum Ratings specification allowing maximum input current of 10mA - see below.    This is typically accomplished by adding appropriately sized input resistor, Rin, in series with the input terminal: Rin=(Vin_max-Vcc-0.3V)/10mA.
