Hello Alex,
Thanks for considering to use Texas Instruments. We do not have a current sensor that leverages Anisotropic Magneto Resistive technology. However, we have recently released isolated analog output current sensors that leverage Hall effect technology. These devices include the TMCS1100 and TMCS1101. Besides isolation and having the element that provides the signal measured integrated into the package, are there any other key specifications you were looking for?
Hello Alex,
Our TMCS devices do not have a 50A continuous current spec. However, if you only pass 50A for a short duration then you might be able to use the TMCS devices mentioned above. Otherwise, we do not have a single chip replacement for the MCA1101.
