LM7171: Functionality

Part Number: LM7171

I have been testing with the LM7171 as a high speed amplifier. I have the op amp set to +/- 15V in an inverting (-1) setup to test if my op amp is blown since its is -1 gain stable. When i apply a 1Vpp sine wave to input, the output is a 30Vpp sine wave. Does this mean the op amp is blown or is there any other tests I can do?

Also is it normal for the op amp to output a constant 15V when the input is floating?
