TLV272: MM and HBM voltage required

 Hi team

     

        One of my customer need to know the MM(Machine Mode)  and HBM voltage in ESD of TLV272IDR. Could you please offer these, if not, could you please explain why you can't offer?

    Hello Wesley,

    Unfortunately, TI does not have MM ESD data for the TLV272IDR.  I cannot tell you exactly why the decision was made to not test using the MM model. However, we do have data for HBM and CDM tests.

    For HBM tests, this device passed testing at 2kV.  For CDM tests, the device passed testing at 1kV.

    Hopefully, this data will satisfy the customer.  Please let us know if there is anything else that can be done to help.
