USB2ANY: 64-bit vs. 32-Bit USB2ANY Library Availability

Hi Team,

We have been working on an engineering evaluation/debug GUI that takes advantage of the USB2ANY as a convenient tool for I2C reads/writes to evaluate our device. We have noticed in at least one customer site that the USB2ANY library is only available in 32-bit and does not seem to want to interact with tools that use a 64-bit library such as Microsoft Excel.

Is a 64-bit library for USB2ANY available somewhere?

Thanks for your post. Is there a specific TI EVM that you are using? We don't have general USB2ANY information.

Hi Tamara,

We are supporting a preliminary EVM from our High-Speed Signal Conditioning team and have used the USB2ANY .dll file without issue, but so far this has only been working with software applications running in 32-bit.

Any leads on how best to obtain a 64-bit version of the USB2ANY library?

Hi Michael,

This is a tough one. A similar question came up 3 years ago with the answer that maybe there would be a 64-bit version in the future. Right now, the USB2ANY code is intended to run only as 32-bit and there are no plans to develop this further.
