    Hello Low L,

    Welcome to the e2e forum.

    The top line is the part number, LM258

    The second line is the TI symbol and  '7C4' which means assembled in 2017 (7), December (C), at assembly site (4)

    The last line is "ZTL2" which is part of the date code. The individual characters have no special meaning. The underlined G3 at the end refers to the package lead finish. G3 is CU SN  finish.
