INA250: TINA Model Output Not Matching Current Arrow

Part Number: INA250

I am trying to run a simulation in TINA with the INA250. I have a current arrow (AM1) measuring current through the source of the FET (T1) and then the INA250 downstream of that. I would expect that the output of the current arrow (in amps) would be roughly half of the output of the INA250 (in volts) since the A4 variant puts out 2V for every 1A flowing through it. But, when I run the transient simulation, I get the current arrow outputting ~0.5A and the INA250 outputting ~0.025V.

What would be causing this issue?

You can see an image of the simulation and of the output waveforms below.

Thanks
