Hello,
Change the simulation settings to use "Zero Initial Values".
Click Analysis -> Transient.
Select the "Zero Initial Values" radio button.
Click OK and run the simulation. It should run faster and give the correct output.
Not sure what the issue is, but I usually use this mode as it provides more "honest" results, particularly during start-ups (and makes oscillators work).
