RCV420: Is series output connection possible to achieve 0-10V output?

Part Number: RCV420
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA189, OPA192

We have an application where we need to be able to supply either a 0-5V or 0-10V process signal from a 4-20mA input.  The question is whether 2 RVC420 outputs could be connected in series to produce a 0-10V output.  The plan would be to connect the Rcv Com pin of the first device to the Rcv Out pin of the second device.  The 0-10V would then be available between the Rcv Out pin of the first device and the Rcv Com pin of the second device.  On the input side, the CT pin from the first device would be connected to the +IN pin of the second device and the 4-20mA input would run through both devices from the +IN pin of the first device to the CT pin of the second device.

This appears possible, but the proper Rcv, Ref and Com connections are where assistance would be appreciated.  We desire to use +15V & -15V supply voltages.  We then plan to employ a relay to switch between making the 0-5V or 0-10V output available.
