XTR111: About analog signal voltage conversion

Part Number: XTR111

I want to use a+5V power supply made with XTR111 for the power supply of an Instrumentation Amplifier.
However, the CPU's A / D input is the system's+5V supply.
How do I connect the analog output of an Instrumentation Amplifier to the A/D of the CPU?

  • Hello user4947084,

If I understand correctly, your +5V supply generated by XTR111 (modified circuit) is used for powering an INA, but you need +5 V also for a CPU's positive supply, correct?

Why are you looking to use the output of the INA as the supply to your CPU (if I understand your statement correctly)? The INA output will vary with the differential input voltage and might not provide a stable supply for your CPU.

Could you please provide a bit more information on your design? A schematic would be very helpful.

    Regards,
    Vladimir

  • Hi User,

I have absolutely no idea what you mean. Please discuss your problem in much more detail.
