Part Number: LM2903-Q1
I have a requirement from a customer.
The switching characteristics(response time) of LM2903-Q1 have been specified at 25C only in the datasheet.My customer wants to see the variation(distribution) data (data including AVG, STD-DEV, MIN, MAX) of the switching characteristics not only at 25C but also over the recommended operating temperature range (LM2903-Q1: Tj=-40C to 125C).
- Do you have any variation data that covers the entire recommended temperature range (e.g., data at -40C, 25C & 125C)?
- If there is only room temperature(25C) variation data, it's okay, please send it.
I’ll need to take this offline because we do not provide statistical data on the forum but in the meantime you can have your customer review typical prop delay over temp versus input overdrive on page 17 of the commercial version of the lm2903.
