Hello Randhir,
There should be no issues using the ultrasonic cleaner with those parts specifically. As long as the customer is using the proper procedures for a typical device.

Hasan,
Customer is asking if you can provide more context in regards to 'using proper procedure'; what does this mean?
Hello Randhir,
The customer should confirm that the solution they are using is safe to use on semiconductor devices (such as de-ionized water). After using the ultrasonic cleaner, the board should be dried before use. Using compressed air and then baking is one way to ensure that the moisture is removed from the devices before operation.
