Coating de-wetting on the component

Part Number: LMC7101

Good afternoon, I have a requirement to conformal coat the assembly in which we installed component LMC7101AIM5X/NOPB with Aptek 7503LM-PMF material. During the coating we are seeing a sever de-wetting condition on this component and I am looking to verify the type of material which comprises the component's body? I am trying to work with Aptek to determine the compatibility of the coating identified with this component.

Hi Matt,

Thanks for your question and welcome to the forum!

I would imagine that if you're having an issues with de-wetting, the first area of concern would be in the lead finish. But, perhaps I do not fully understand the issue and the packaging material, what you refer to as the "body," itself is the source of the problem. Is this correct?
