OPA320: shutdown behavior and SPICE model

I'm trying to use OPA320S with large capacitive load (10uF+) as SAR ADC input and reference driver. There is low power consumption requirement, so OPA320S (typical Iq = 1mA) must be turned off when ADC is not sampling. This leads to the question of OPA320S shutdown behavior, I need to either calculate the "switching" loss during each shutdown/turn-on transition or do a simulation. But the datasheet doesn't list the shutdown/turn-on transition time/output profile, and the SPICE model on the product page is OPA320 without the shutdown pin.
Where can I get the desired information?
